The management team of Shimikaran-e Jelodar Co. has a high level of education and a fairly good working experience. Supervisors, inspectors, and technical personnel have at least high school diploma and experience over 5 years. However, the company's manufacturing staff has a lower education degree, but they have a good experience and skills. The sales team of the company displayed a good performance in recent years and has been able to attract a large number of customers and orders.  By keep communicate and planned customer visits, they are trying to meet the needs of customers and ultimately satisfying them.
