Because of alkali properties of soap, after a while application of liquid soap, the liquid soap inside of the pump and the bottle reservoir becomes jelly and prevents the fluid and natural movement of the pump. In this case, it should be noted that there is no reason to open the pump because it abrogates the guarantee of the soap dispenser.

• Place the bottle, pump and escutcheon in warm water for 30 minutes, then rinse the bottle with a brush and wash the rest of the parts with ordinary dishwashing liquid. Continue this process a few times to clean all parts.
• Then put the soap tube in warm water and continue to pump all over again. First, it's possible to pump it hardly. Do this up to 20 times or more until the pump is flowing. In no way do not lubricate the pump and other parts, this will cause a malfunction. (All parts inside the bottle are made from steel).
